The App includes augmented reality features that use your device's camera. By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for using AR features safely and in appropriate environments
• AR content is provided for entertainment and shopping purposes only
• We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from use of AR features

6. Product Information & Purchases

Product information displayed in the App is provided for informational purposes. Prices, availability, and product details may change without notice. Purchases made through the App may be subject to additional terms from the respective retailers.

7. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of any content you create or share through the App. By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the App's services.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, availability, or the accuracy of information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THG Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
